Education: M.Sc. & Ph.D. from University of Madras (2003, Chennai, India).
Industrial and academic Experience: Worked as a Scientist in Organic Synthesis Division, National Chemical Laboratory, Pune India (2002 to 2004). Post-doctoral research at Stony Brook University (2004 – 2005). Certified PMP (2016, PMI) and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (2015, SimpliLearn).
Professional Expertise : Sri has over 20 years of both academic and industrial experience in Organic Synthesis. Prior to founding R&S Chemicals, Sri joined Chem-Master as Director. Sri held various positions in pharmaceuticals industries including Albany Molecular Research Inc. Sri worked on diverse projects ranging from Custom Synthesis, Medicinal Chemistry, Drug Discovery, identification and optimization of Lead compounds, Combinatorial Chemistry, Molecular Wires, OLED compounds, isotope labelled compound synthesis and cGMP synthesis of APIs and finished products.
